MACS was led in Los Angeles by Roger Detels and Otoniel Martinez-Maza; in Chicago by Steven Wolinsky; in Baltimore by Lisa Jacobson and Joseph Margolick; and in Pittsburgh by Charles R. Rinaldo and Susan Koletar.
